It’s time to get dressed for the holidays! I like sharing versatile holiday outfits—pieces you can wear in different ways and even after the holidays. Below, I’ve put together four fun outfit ideas to inspire your holiday wardrobe.
Girlfriend Gift Exchange
I went to a casual fireside dinner with my girlfriends and wore this holiday outfit, which was perfect for the occasion. The lace button-up top is one of my favorites because it can be worn open or closed, depending on how you style it. There’s also a similar higher-end version from Frame that I like! I added metallic shoes, giving it just enough sparkle. Warning: you will receive compliments if you wear these shoes! 🙂

Holiday Brunch
If you like wearing velvet during the holidays but want a fresh, modern look, try pairing it with denim. Everyone needs a casual holiday outfit. We always go to the Zoo to see the evening light displays, and a Fair Isle holiday outfit is perfect for a cool-weather casual event like this or even for a cookie exchange.

Evening Party
Last week, my friend @PartytilDawn asked me to be part of her holiday fashion segment on a local TV show, New Day Northwest, with Kelly Hanson. I styled and wore this festive outfit. The sequin skirt also looks great with a denim shirt, an oversized sweater, or a jacket. Plus, the top is reversible and is a nice option to wear under the velvet jacket I mentioned earlier. The faux fur jacket was an add-on at the last minute and looked fantastic. It would also dress up any denim outfit.
