Working as a Nordstrom stylist, waiting for the public sale to begin was always the norm before shopping the Anniversary Sale. Even now, in my retirement from Nordstrom, that’s still how it goes. But this has given me a different outlook on the sale. Rather than chasing after the hottest items, I’ve come to appreciate those hidden gems and the essentials I need to update. Below are some of the things I purchased from the sale. I surprised myself when I opted for a few western boots to replace other styles in my wardrobe. They’ll bring a fun and fresh look to outfits in my closet. You might like trying one of these styles too.

A white boot in your wardrobe is a fun addition, especially for styling with jeans, trousers, skirts, or dresses—it’s so versatile! But, if you prefer this style in black, it’s available too. The heel is just the perfect height for easy walking, making it super comfy.
Sam Edelman Viv Pointed Toe d’Orsay Pump
The Sam Edelman pump is a favorite shoe from the Anniversary Sale, and I couldn’t resist getting it in two colors! It’s super flattering on the leg and incredibly comfy, and the best part is, it’s only $84.99! The nude style is a must and will go with everything, making it a perfect addition to your wardrobe. I also purchased the black one because a classic black heel is a must-have style for your wardrobe. I love pairing these pumps with flares, straight-leg pants, cropped pants, and jeans. Trust me; you’ll love having this shoe in your shoe collection!
Farrah Raw Hem High Waist Crop Bootcut Jeans
This style is comfortable and a great color. They fit true to size and have stretch. You’ll want to wear them often with boots, heels, and sneakers.
Good American High Waist Crop Bootcut Jeans
I was pleasantly surprised by how well these pants fit. The coated finish adds a dressy feel and is a perfect style to wear in the fall.
Wacoal Bras
The Anniversary Sale is the perfect time to refresh your basics, and I couldn’t resist adding four essential styles by Wacoal to my collection. They’ve got the best strapless bra, the Red Carpet Bra, some comfy t-shirt styles, and a versatile convertible style that’s perfect for wearing with t-back shirts. I know you will like them too.
