I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving. Today I’m sharing ing holiday dresses – what I’ve tried on plus some gorgeous dresses I have my eye on. I hope you spot something you love as well!
Being a petite person who loves longer dresses, I always look for styles that don’t overpower my frame. The Anthropologie Somerset dress (on the left) is a best-seller, and a nice option for the holidays. It’s available in petite to plus sizes and in different fabrics, including a luxurious gun metal velvet option for the holidays. Some Somerset prints are available in shorter lengths, too.
The Hutch long-sleeved velvet dress is another pretty style for the holidays or a winter wedding and is currently on sale. You might also like this one here or here. If you want these dresses, don’t wait too long to order because they are selling quickly.
Here’s another versatile, longer dress! I’m a fan of dresses that can be worn for various events and seasons, and this one is just that. This red dress just sold out but the classic black style is available and a great wardrobe staple. I can picture wearing this dress to a work event, attending the Nutcracker ballet, or attending school or church functions.
