When the new year rolls around, I reset my health and fitness goals. These aren’t strict goals, but more like checks and balances on my current health and fitness state. This year I have some work to do and am excited to get started. I love to walk and exercise outside in the fresh air, even when it’s raining. I also want to lift weights more often and take yoga classes for flexibility and peace of mind. If you need a suggestion for an on-line fitness class, try Fitness Blender. They offer classes for all stages of fitness.
Zella- Nordstrom Made
For me, a big part of working out is (you guessed it), the outfits! I don’t know about you, but if I look good, I exercise more often.
This season I am wearing the matching sports bra and legging trend by Zella. They are comfortable, and I can wear them on my long walks and yoga classes. I like the colors, navy nightfall and purple claret, and mix and match the sets. There are additional colors to choose from, and they are available in a cropped length too. The side pocket to hold my phone is a game-changer for me. The leggings and tank run a little big, so make sure you size down.
The sweatshirt by Alo pictured below is so soft, and I like the longer length and extra side-slit detailing. Lastly, The North Face fleece jacket is the perfect weight to wear on a long walk or running errands (available in black).

I’m looking for inspiration, please share your fitness goal! Great looks!
I’m following the exercises from fitness blender. They are a local couple who offers free classes and programs too, especially classes for those who get bored easily. I like to workout outside too, so today I walked wdown to the beach. How about you? What keeps you motivated?
