When I think of street style, I think of high fashion worn by creatives on the streets of London, Paris, and NYC. Who doesn’t love to see incredible high fashion looks on celebrities and fashionistas? Not to worry, if you look a little closer, you can see it on the streets of your city, town, and suburb too. Street style is everywhere! Its how you express yourself through your clothing and accessories. It’s the juxtaposition of different elements that create unique style. Whether you mix plaid with stripes, different color combinations, or dress in monochromatic colors, it is street style.
This week, I looked for street style inspiration from favorite fashion bloggers and created looks to capture my aesthetic and downtown vibe.
I like wearing a leather jacket over skirts and dresses as I find it’s an easy and effortless layering piece. I sound like a broken record, but both the Rag and Bone Rover Chelsea and Shiloh Combat boot pictured in this post are so comfortable. Plus, both styles are 8 hour boots. Make sure you size up as they run small. Whatever particular look you love wearing and feel comfortable wearing is your own street style.

Lastly, I’ve curated a style board of fall items that can be used to creat chic, street looks like the ones pictured above. I hope you find it helpful.
