Originally designed to be worn as a functional raincoat, the trench also doubles as a sophisticated and stylish overcoat. An overcoat can be worn day to evening and looks great with a variety of outfits. Worn with denim during the day, or over a spring dress for the evening, a trench coat is one of my favorite spring wardrobe staples.
