My Nordstrom6 styling friends and I are always looking for great pieces to make into mini capsule wardrobes we can share with our followers. So, for October, we picked 6 items that we feel are must-have items to own for fall.
I stand behind these items because I own them and wear them all! Let’s take a closer look at each item.
Nordstrom Sweater
When the weather cools, I wear these sweaters non-stop with my favorite Mother denim for a casual chic look. If you aren’t familiar with Nordstrom Cashmere, I think you should try it. The sweaters are a classic fit, made from pure luxe cashmere and are moderately priced.
Rag & Bone Rover Boots and Slade Blazer
Rag & Bone is one of my favorite brands, and I’m sure you have loved some of their items too. If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I love their Rover boot; I purchased it in 3 colors and am still wearing all of them. Ha! They are an excellent investment boot. So why do I like them? They are easy to wear and look chic with all denim looks. The leather and suede finishes look fantastic even after wearing them in the rain and snow. Plus, they are very comfortable, and I can wear them for up to 6- 8 hours. The pull-on Chelsea boot style (which I own) is available in 4 colors, and the new side zip style is available in 2 colors. Stylist note: they run small so size up!
The Rag & Bone Slade blazer is one of my favorite blazers, and I think you will love it too. It’s a versatile piece you can wear with jeans, a dress or a skirt. Plus, lately, I’ve been wearing it when I travel. It feels like wearing a cozy sweater, yet it looks more polished and put-together. It’s also available in a faux leather option that is trendy and of the moment.
ATM Schoolboy t-shirt
Why is it that so many stylists love the ATM Schoolboy t-shirt? It’s slightly boxy and has a tomboy feel, plus it’s also made of a Peruvian cotton jersey with a nice texture. I also prefer the cut of the sleeve and how it looks on your arm. Finally, it’s the perfect t-shirt to wear under a blazer, like the Rag & Bone Slade blazer.
Mother Hustler Jeans
Mother jeans are a favorite brand, especially the Mother Hustler. Plus, they are on SALE today! These jeans always receive 4-5 star reviews, run tts and fit 9 out of 10 women. The black hustler is a nice addition to your fall wardrobe; grey is a great color for autumn too. All on Sale!
Burberry Scarves
An easy way to add print to your wardrobe is by adding a scarf, like the Burberry scarf in the N6 drop.
The classic Burberry plaid is chic and will add interest to every outfit. Wear it often with suiting, jeans or an overcoat. I like the twilly style scarves which you can wear at the neck, tied around your wrist as a bracelet, or around the handle of your handbag.
