Every year I get excited to see the boots offered at the Anniversary Sale. I love boots, and they are more enticing to buy when they are on sale! This year I have my eye on several styles I want to share with you. 

 Chelsea Boot

The Chelsea boot is classic, versatile and this year there are many options. You will see lug soles, flat soles, and high heels. Easy to pull on and off, style them with straight or skinny leg denim and dresses or skirts. Take a look at some of the options below and how to style them.

Block Heel

Another versatile boot is the block heel. The stretchy boot below by Aquatalia is available in four colors. Style it with everything from denim to skirts. The modern square toe block heel by  Marc Fisher offers a  chunky block heel that will take you from desk-to-dinner.

Tall Boots

Tall flat boots are the perfect alternative to wear with skirts and dresses in place of the ankle boot. The style pictured below with a tread sole is by Aquatalia and has a modern, updated vibe. It’s water-resistant, has a stretchy calf, and is very comfortable. Try styling a tall flat boot like this one with dresses and skirts for a modern, relaxed look.

When wearing a mid-calf length dress, sometimes a tall heel boot is just what we need to wear to add proportion to the look. Also, I like a neutral color that adds warmth and interest to the overall look. This one by Sam Edelman is available in a variety of colors.
